A man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with two 7-year-old girls in the same Queens neighborhood, according to the Queens District Attorney's Office.

The Queens District Attorney's Office says that Lee Samuel, 25, is awaiting arraignment for two separate criminal complaints.

One of the criminal complaints charges him with first-degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child, while the other charges him with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Queens District Attorney's Office.

According to the Queens District Attorney's office, Samuel allegedly approached the first 7-year-old girl on the afternoon of May 1 while she was tying her shoe and tapped her on the buttocks.

On the same day, the Queens District Attorney’s office says Samuel allegedly approached a second girl approximately two miles away and asked her if she wanted to play a game.

Samuel allegedly told the girl to cover her eyes with her hands and stick out her tongue.

The Queens District Attorney's office alleges that when the girl opened her eyes, she saw that Samuel had exposed himself.

Samuel then allegedly grabbed her by the waist and engaged in a sexual act with her, according to the Queens District Attorney's Office.

The Queens District Attorney's Office says that Samuel faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
