A worker was hurt Sunday during a demolition project at John F. Kennedy International Airport.

It happened around 10:30 a.m. Sunday near Terminal 3.

Port Authority officials say crews were demolishing an old roadway leading to the terminal when a piece of concrete fell, hitting the worker in the leg.

NY1 is told the worker was not seriously hurt and the planned work continued.
