The Manhattan district attorney's office has reportedly had a change of heart over an alleged case of sex abuse at a Manhattan School.
Prosecutors are delaying a decision to charge Hany Abdalla, 35, until the investigation is completed.
Abdalla was suspended without pay as a teaching assistant at PS 84 when the allegations first surfaced.
The Daily News says the charges were dropped and Abdalla is a free man.
He is accused of touching an 8-year-old student, but the paper says the accuser's account contradicted those of teachers and students.
