Baldwin Alleged To Have Attacked Daily News Photographer
Actor Alec Baldwin may be in trouble again.
Police said they're investigating a claim by a Daily News photographer that Baldwin punched him outside a marriage license bureau in Lower Manhattan.
In the paper, the photographer said Baldwin was angry he and his fiancee, Hilaria Thomas, were being photographed.
Baldwin's publicist issued a statement that said the photographer was the aggressor.
The "30 Rock" star denied throwing any punches and no charges have been filed.
On Twitter, Baldwin continued to claim it was the photographer's fault, saying he nearly hit him in the face with the camera.
