A landmark skyscraper near City Hall is going condo.
An investment group has shelled out $68 million to purchase the top 30 floors of the Woolworth Building with plans to create luxury condominiums.
They include 40 apartments and a five-floor penthouse.
The work is expected to be complete by 2015.
The lower floors will still be used as office space.
When the Woolworth Building first opened in 1913 it was the tallest building in the world.
