A Manhattan woman is being held on $300,000 bond after being charged with stalking and harassing Yankees' General Manager Brian Cashman.

Investigators also say 35-year-old Louise Neathway shook down Cashman, extorting $6,000 from him and demanding $15,000 more by threatening to harm his reputation.

Neathway's lawyers say Cashman had an inappropriate relationship with her and turned on her when it went bad.

Neathway is on probation stemming from a 2008 conviction in New Jersey for trespassing that involved stalking and has an open case against her in Manhattan for harassment.

A judge has granted an order of protection for Cashman's family.

Through a spokesman, Cashman said he's grateful the matter is in the hands of law enforcement.
