Apparently fed up with the slow pace of the Roger Clemens perjury trial, the presiding judge ordered a time limit for witnesses Friday.
U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton said that each side will have no more than 90 minutes to question each witness unless they can make good cases for an extension.
The time limit is set to begin after Clemens' chief accuser Brian McNamee is done testifying.
A prosecutor said they still have 14 more witnesses to call before the case goes to the defense.
The judge said if the proceedings don't conclude by June 8, he will have to suspend the trial for a month due to schedule conflicts.
Two jurors have already been dismissed for falling asleep.
