A wounded teenager is facing multiple charges after police saw him with what turned out to be a fake gun on a Bronx street Saturday.

Police said an officer saw a 15-year-old boy armed with the gun at Holland and Burke Avenues in Olinville around 5 p.m. Friday.

They said the teen ran away and tried to enter a building at 3120 Holland Avenue.

When other officers arrived on the scene and confronted him, police said a shot was fired and the teen was hit in the left cheek.

The teenager, who was taken to Jacobi Hospital for treatment, was charged with menacing and possession of an imitation pistol.

Police said a fake handgun, seen above, was recovered at the scene.
