The four men accused of plotting to bomb two synagogues in the Bronx appeared in federal court in Westchester today to learn they will be tried in June.

David Williams, Onta Williams, James Cromitie and LaGuerre Payen were arrested in May, pleaded not guilty and are being held without bail.

Authorities say the defendants planted what turned out to be phony explosives supplied by an FBI informant outside a synagogue in Riverdale.

The men are also accused of planning to use guided missiles to shoot down military planes at Stewart Air Force Base in Newburgh, N.Y.

As they go through the prosecution's voluminous evidence, defense attorneys argue their clients were entrapped by the government and they want to see any receipts relating to the paid informant in the case.

The identity of that informant has not been revealed, but worshippers at a Newburgh mosque say he had offered jobs and money to anyone willing to join a terror group.

All four defendants are expected to be back in court in April.
