A Bronx woman has pleaded not guilty to a hit-and-run that left a 22-year-old city employee in a coma.

Frances Jasmin, 28, turned herself in to police yesterday and was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. She is currently being held on $300,000 bond.

Jasmin is the sister of the car's owner, who told police shortly after the accident that Jasmin had her car on February 21st, the day Erinn Phelan and her friend Alma Guerrero, 23, were hit as they crossed Flatbush Avenue in Prospect Heights.

Phelan, who works for Mayor Michael Bloomberg, has been credited with pushing her friend out of the way.

Guerrero suffered a broken collar bone.

Frances Jasmin is expected back in court on Tuesday.
