A Harlem man has been arraigned on charges he sexually assaulted a 79-year-old woman in her Bronx apartment building last month.
Police arrested Shon Holland, 40, Saturday and charged him with rape and assault.
They say Holland followed the woman into the elevator of her Westchester Square apartment building shortly before 2 a.m. on July 19.
Once inside the elevator, police say Holland punched the victim in the face, knocking her to the floor, then sexually assaulted her before running off.
