Police have questioned and released a person of interest in the killing of a man in Chelsea over the weekend, but say they are still looking for a second person to question.

The New York City Police Department released surveillance pictures of the man they're looking for.

At this point they are not calling him a suspect in the death of John Laubach, 57.

Sources tell NY1 the pictures were taken at a Chase ATM near the crime scene where the man was trying to use the victim's card.

Laubach was found dead in his West 22nd Street apartment Friday night.

Sources say his hands, feet and mouth were bound with duct tape, and there was a towel over his face.

The medical examiner is still working to determine an exact cause of death.

Sources tell NY1 there was no sign of forced entry, but the apartment had been ransacked, and Laubach's computer and wallet were missing.

Anyone with information about the case is being asked to contact Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-577-TIPS, by texting TIP577 to CRIMES, or by going to NYPDCrimeStoppers.com.
