Police are looking for a man who allegedly tried to kidnap a six-year-old boy outside a Bronx school.
According to investigators, the suspect grabbed the child early Friday morning outside a Co-op City building that houses several schools, including Equality Charter School and P.S. 160x.
The suspect allegedly grabbed the boy by the arm and told him to come with him before another adult, a 34-year-old man, saw what was happening and intervened. The suspect then fled.
Police say the suspect has a heavy beard, is about six feet tall and is believed to be in his 50s.
He was wearing a black baseball cap, green camouflage pants and black boots.
