A Bronx woman is being charged with running over and killing her teenage boyfriend.

Investigators say 17-year-old Frankie Hernandez was hit several times by a Lincoln Navigator at Morris Avenue and 165th Street in Concourse Village early Wednesday morning.

His 25-year-old girlfriend, Jasmine Diaz, is charged with manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident.

Hernandez's family and friends are in mourning.

"He never argued with anyone," said Miguel Moncion, Hernandez's cousin. "He was kind. He was nice. He never started any trouble. He was always family-oriented. He was always there for his family no matter what. He was only 17, he was still in high school. He was still growing up."

"Ever since he gotten with that girl, it just, she's taken him away from his family basically," said another relative.

Relatives say Diaz had been living with Hernandez and his family.
