The eight-year old Bronx student accused of slashing a classmate in the neck with a razor went before a judge Thursday.

The boy is being charged with first-degree attempted assault stemming from a fight he had with a nine-year-old at P.S. 132 in Morrisania earlier this week.

He was placed under house arrest while on probation and was ordered to stay away from his alleged victim.

There will be another hearing on the matter next month.

The other boy needed six stitches to close the wound.
