The city suffered another loss in court Friday, this this time over prayer in Department of Education buildings.
A federal district court judge ruled the Bronx Household of Faith can continue to use school grounds for after-school religious services.
The city moved to bar them and others, saying allowing the groups to use the grounds violated the Constitution.
The city says it's appealing the latest decision.
