Numerous Service Changes For Subways This Weekend

Straphangers will have to deal with a number of service changes this weekend.
On the Lexington Avenue Line, uptown 4 trains will run local from Grand Central-42nd Street to 125th Street.
6 train service will operate in two sections: between Pelham Bay Park and 125th Street and between 125th Street and Brooklyn Bridge.
And Manhattan-bound 6 trains will run express from Parkchester to 3rd Avenue-138th Street.
From 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Flushing-bound 7 trains will skip 82nd, 90th, 103rd and 111th Streets.
In Brooklyn, there's no D train service between Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue and 62nd Street from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Free shuttle buses will be provided.
And also in Brooklyn, Coney Island-bound Q trains run express from Prospect Park to Sheepshead Bay.
