A law enforcement source says a Staten Island nanny was caught on video slapping a baby.
Mamura Nasirova is accused of hitting the 5-month-old girl in the face and legs while her parents were away from their Concord home last month.
The source says the girl's parents were able to see what happened thanks to a recording made by a camera hidden inside a carbon monoxide detector.
NY1 has blurred the video to protect the child's identity.
Nasirova was arraigned Monday and is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest.
